Q1: What if I already have a Shopify Store?
Answer: We can help you revamp an existing store. We prefer to create a brand new website.
Q2: Can I make changes after delivery?
Answer: Yes, all websites are delivered fully customizable. Your theme, store name and products can all be changed as you see fit. Nothing we add is permanent.
Q3: Are there any extra fees I should be aware of?
Answer: There are no extra or hidden fees on our side but you can expect the following fees:
- $39/Month Shopify Subscription fee after the 3rd month of creating the site.
- App charges if we included any. (We personally only add free apps when building your store.
Q4: How long does it take for me to get my website?
Answer: Our current turnaround time is 5-10 business days (depending on amount of products being added to your site).
Q5: What if I've never ran a business before?
Answer: That's totally fine. This program is going to teach you how to build your brand from the ground up and give you the shortcuts to finding great products and automate sales fulfillment without spending extra money. Trust me, I will be available in every step of the way. We will be besties until you feel you are ready to do it on your own.
Q6: Do you offer payment plans?
Answer: Yes, we have a plan that breaks it up into payments (weekly or monthly). I truly believe in doing whatever is possible to help you achieve your dreams.
Q7: What is your refund policy?
Answer: Due to the nature of our products and services, we have a strict NO REFUND policy. We are able to make changes by emailing us at infor@myboutiqueplug.com
